AAK took her strategic flair and brand excellence to tailor thereto known marketing principles like Maslow’s laws and brand prototypes into human elements that inform what our purpose is. Signing up for PROWESS was a magic ward for me because I was beginning to second guess my capabilities and feeling fatigued at work. After 10 weeks in the program, I found my purpose and I live this daily at work, at home with friends, and in my adventure. I had never imagined that you can work smart, and have Joy and meaning all in one package. Thank u SparkUgrowth for unlocking this limiting belief in me and for believing in me.

The unique thing about AAK is how much faith she has in humanity no matter your level of strength or weakness. Her sense of purpose in self and others gave me a community to belong to and gave me back my confidence to show up with my A Game daily as she says. I found my WHY at a time when I thought there was nothing left for me and the rest is history. SparkUgrowth found me at a crossroads in my life where I was struggling with the question of whether am I good enough for this industry. I owe my sanity to AAK for believing in me and finding the gem in me. As an afro Canadian, I was looking for my purpose and she ignited my passion for film and creatives, and I went on to create some of the finished graphics for broadcast television that 5 years later still set the pace for world-class standards. At a time when I thought I was soaring in my career, all cards came crumbling down and the only person I could think would listen, later alone sharing nuggets of wisdom was AAK. The first time I asked Aggie to speak to my team about leadership I didn’t know how good a speaker she was, I knew her as a good leader and that’s what had inspired the request. She came with a production team and told me she wanted to record the engagement to help her improve - she blew me away, she blew the team away! But what I learned was that she was intentional about being that good. I asked her again to speak to my team this year, I ended up with 2 times more people asking to attend than I’d initially projected would be interested. She great and I can trust with any crowd - it’s clear that she prepares and she is good by design.
