A three-step framework for a repeatable growth engine

Most businesses do not stall because of a bad product. They stall because growth depends on random acts of marketing and word of mouth.

Many business owners wear every hat in the business and still find revenue stuck on a plateau. We call that the growth gap: the space between a good product and a reliable way of finding the people who will pay for it.

Relying on word of mouth, or on whichever marketing tactic is in fashion this month, keeps a business busy without making it bigger. What closes the gap is an engine that runs the same way every week.

The three steps

  1. Strategic clarity. Pinpoint the customers who bring the most value, so every effort after this is aimed at them.
  2. Systemised acquisition. Build funnels that bring those customers in automatically, so new enquiries do not depend on how busy you are.
  3. Data-driven scaling. Measure what works and put more behind it. Decide with numbers, not guesses.

The aim is to stop doing marketing and start owning a growth system. The short video above walks through each step.
